Čokoladna fantazija




 

Sastojci za biskvit:
  • ·         300 gr čokolade za kuhanje
  • ·         250 gr maslaca
  • ·         100 gr oraha
  • ·         150 gr oštrog brašna
  • ·         5 jaja
  • ·         4 žlice šećera
  • ·         1 prašak za pecivo
Za kremu:

·         125 gr čokolade za kuhanje
·         150 ml slatkog vrhnja

Priprema:

Biskvit:

  Rastopite čokoladu i maslac da dobijete glatku smjesu, te ostavite da se ohladi. Pjenasto izmješajte jaja sa šećerom, dodajte isjeckane orahe, brašno, prašak za pecivo te smjesu od čokolade i maslaca.  Sve to izlijete u predhodno pripremljen kalup za torte, te pecite na 160 stepeni  oko  45 minuta. Ostavite da se ohladi.

Glazura: 

Zagrijte slatko vrhnje, dodajte čokoladu, te dobro promješajte dok se  čokolada ne istopi.

Finalizacija: 

 Prohlađenom  glazurom premažete tortu i pospete malo mljevenih oraha, te stavite u hladnjak da se ohladi.
